For custom or bespoke orders, the customer is responsible for ensuring that all specifications and information provided are accurate.

By placing an order, you agree to such communication.

Information on our website does not constitute a contractual offer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order details are accurate.

Any quotation we provide is valid for 48 hours, unless otherwise stated.

Once a contract has been confirmed, changes can only be made by written agreement between both parties.

All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise stated.

Prices generally apply to the item only and do not include shipping, packaging, or special handling costs, unless explicitly stated.

Payment is typically required in full before production or shipment begins.

For larger commissions or bespoke pieces, a deposit and staged payments may be agreed.

Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered within a reasonable timeframe after the contract is formed and production is completed.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

• production time

• shipping method

• destination

If delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances outside our control, we will inform the customer as soon as reasonably possible.

If the customer fails to accept delivery without valid reason, we may charge reasonable costs for storage and redelivery.

Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer once delivery has been completed.

Ownership of goods transfers to the customer only after full payment has been received.

For distance contracts within the European Union, consumers have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal, beginning from the day the goods are received.

However, this right does not apply to:

• goods made to custom specifications

• bespoke or personalised pieces

• items produced specifically for the customer

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us in writing via email.

If the contract is cancelled within the withdrawal period, we will refund payments received, excluding any additional delivery costs chosen beyond the standard shipping option.

Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days of cancellation.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the goods are defective.

Returned goods must be:

• unused

• in their original condition

• packaged securely for transport

We may reduce the refund if goods show signs of handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

We have a legal obligation to supply goods that are:

• of satisfactory quality

• as described

• reasonably fit for their intended purpose

If goods arrive damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 days of delivery with photographic documentation.

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• natural disasters

• transportation disruptions

• governmental restrictions

• strikes or supply chain interruptions

In such cases, obligations may be suspended for the duration of the disruption.

We process personal data in accordance with EU data protection laws, including the GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679).

Personal data is processed only for purposes necessary to:

• process orders

• deliver goods

• communicate with customers

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.
