DELIVERY & SHIPPING
All furniture and sculptural pieces are prepared and shipped with care from our studio in Germany. Each order is managed individually to ensure safe transport and appropriate handling.

Orders can be delivered within Germany, across Europe, and internationally.
Delivery costs are not included in product pricing unless explicitly stated. Shipping options and costs are confirmed individually based on the destination, size of the piece, and delivery requirements.

Depending on the destination and type of object, we may offer several delivery options:
Standard courier delivery
Kerbside delivery
White glove delivery (where available)
For larger or fragile pieces, custom wooden crating may be recommended to ensure safe transit. Crating costs will be included in the delivery quotation when required.

Orders may be shipped under the following Incoterms:
Ex-Works (EXW)
The order is made available for collection from our studio or warehouse in Germany. Responsibility for transport, insurance, and risk transfers to the customer once the item has been collected.Delivered at Place (DAP)
We arrange delivery to the specified address. Import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance fees remain the responsibility of the customer.Our team will advise which option is most appropriate during the ordering process.

For international deliveries we may arrange:
Road freight within Europe
Air freight for faster international shipping
Sea freight for large or heavy shipments
Estimated transit times (excluding production and customs clearance):
Europe: approximately 3–10 business days
International air freight: approximately 1–2 weeks
Sea freight: variable depending on destination
Transit times are indicative and cannot be guaranteed.

For deliveries outside the European Union, German VAT is not charged.
All import duties, local taxes, customs charges, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.
Customs procedures and any delays caused by them are outside our control and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
If a shipment is delayed, refused, or returned due to unpaid duties, missing information, or customs issues, the customer will be responsible for any associated costs, including return shipping, storage, or redelivery fees.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items can be delivered safely into their intended space. This includes checking:
doorways
staircases
lifts
ceiling heights
turning points and access routes
We recommend measuring carefully before placing an order. Our team can provide guidance where possible, however responsibility for access remains with the customer.

All items should be inspected upon delivery.
Any damage, defects, or shortages must be reported in writing within 5 working days of receipt and supported with clear photographic documentation.

Once an order is completed, shipment can be arranged after full payment and confirmation of the delivery address.
If delivery details are not provided or delivery is delayed after the order is ready, storage fees may apply.
For international shipments, if the delivery partner cannot contact the customer to arrange delivery or obtain necessary information, any storage or holding charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Many of our pieces are made to order or produced in limited quantities. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun.
In accordance with EU consumer regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised items.
If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within the inspection period and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
