REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if something is not right, you have the right to return your order in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Natural variations inherent to handmade items are not considered defects.

  • Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

    • Items must be returned within 14 days after notifying us

    • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect

    We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval.

    If approved:

    • refunds are issued to the original payment method

    • processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

    Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required by law.

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival.

    If your item is:

    • damaged

    • defective

    • incorrect

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.

    If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.

  • IThe following items cannot be returned:

    • gift cards

    • custom or made-to-order items (unless defective)

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
