    Do you sell online?

    Yes. Selected pieces are available for purchase directly through our website.
    For larger furniture or sculptural works, we recommend contacting us to arrange the order and delivery.

    Do you offer bespoke or customisation?

    In some cases we offer bespoke commissions or small adjustments to existing pieces, depending on the project and production schedule.
    Please contact us with your request and we will advise on feasibility.

  • Are your pieces made to order?

    Many of our works are produced in small batches or made to order.
    Production begins once the order has been confirmed and payment has been received.

    Do you ever have pieces in stock?

    Occasionally we have a limited number of pieces available for immediate delivery.
    Availability varies and can be confirmed upon request.

  • What are your lead times?

    Lead times vary depending on the type of piece and current production schedule.
    Typical production times range from 4 to 8 weeks.

    Estimated lead times are provided when confirming your order.

    Can you accommodate urgent or deadline-driven orders?

    Where possible we will try to accommodate urgent requests.

  • How is pricing structured?

    Prices are listed in EUR and apply to the piece only unless otherwise stated.
    Delivery, crating, and special handling costs are calculated separately depending on the destination and shipment method.

    What payment is required?

    Full payment is generally required before production or shipment begins.
    For larger commissions, staged payments may be arranged.

    Do you charge VAT?

    For customers within the European Union, German VAT may apply in accordance with EU tax regulations.

    For customers outside the EU, VAT is not charged; however local taxes and duties may apply upon import.

    Are duties and taxes included for international orders?

    No. Import duties, local taxes, and customs fees are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the customer.

  • Where do you ship?

    We ship within Germany, across Europe, and internationally.

    What delivery options are available?

    Depending on the size and destination of the piece, delivery options may include:

    • Standard courier delivery

    • Kerbside delivery

    • White glove delivery (where available)

    What shipping terms do you offer?

    Orders may be shipped under Ex-Works (EXW) or Delivered at Place (DAP) terms, depending on the arrangement.

    How long does shipping take?

    Indicative transit times:

    • Germany: 2–5 business days

    • Europe: 3–10 business days

    • International air freight: 1–2 weeks

    Transit times may vary and do not include customs clearance.

  • Who is responsible for customs clearance and duties?

    For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

    What happens if a shipment is refused or delayed due to unpaid duties?

    If a shipment is delayed, refused, or returned due to unpaid duties or missing customs information, the customer will be responsible for any associated costs, including return shipping, storage, or redelivery fees.

  • Do I need to measure access before ordering?

    Yes. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items can be delivered safely into their intended space.

    Please check access routes carefully, including doorways, staircases, lifts, and turning points before placing your order.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Orders for made-to-order or custom pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

    Do you accept returns?

    Due to the nature of our work, returns are generally not accepted for made-to-order pieces.

    If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within the inspection period so we can assist.

    Can I make changes after confirming my order?

    Changes may be possible before production begins.
    Once production has started, modifications may not be possible.

  • How do I care for my furniture or objects?

    Each piece is made using carefully selected materials.
    Care instructions may vary depending on the object. General guidance will be provided with your order.

    Do you offer a warranty?

    All pieces are inspected prior to shipment. If you experience any issues related to craftsmanship, please contact us and we will review the case.

    Do you offer repairs or refurbishment?

    Where possible we may offer repairs or restoration services for pieces produced by our studio.

  • Do you work with architects or interior designers?

    Yes. We collaborate with architects, interior designers, and galleries on selected projects.
